Upon confirmation of payment, all orders ship 1-3 business days of ordering. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with your tracking number. We do our best to process and hand inspect all items for shipment as quickly as possible. We know how important it is to satisfy our customer’s needs quickly and prevent long wait times.

RETURN POLICY
Stephen & Jung prides itself on providing high end jewelry adhering to our Commitment to Quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly exchange, issue store credit, or refund items returned within 30 days of delivery date noted on the order tracking. Every return must be in its original packaging and unaltered.
Return & Exchange Details
Customers can submit a return request by logging into their customer account, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link or by emailing info@stephenandjung.com
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive and process the request. Exchanges, store credit, and refunds will be issued once the item(s) has been received and inspected.
